Decisions by the Cannabis Control Appeals Panel are to be made available for inspection and use by the public in accordance with the California Public Records Act (CPRA). The CPRA provides that access to information concerning the conduct of the people’s business is a fundamental and necessary right of every person in this state. (See Government Code § 6250 et seq.)

While the Panel strives to provide information that is accurate and the most up-to-date, the decisions below do not account for decisions that are appealed to a higher court or subject to additional actions.
