The public has the right to access and use the Cannabis Control Appeals Panel's decisions, as granted by the California Public Records Act (CPRA). This law states that everyone in California has a fundamental right to know about the people's business. (See Government Code § 6250 et seq.)

The Panel aims to provide accurate and up–to–date information. However, the decisions listed below do not include appeals to higher courts or other subsequent actions.

The Cannabis Control Appeals Panel has made the following decisions. All decisions are nonprecedential. Please be aware that these decisions do not represent the views of other local licensing agencies or state entities.
